This fall's community-wide event brings together 23 stops, 25 participating families and 4 golf carts across Chateau Elan in Braselton, Georgia, on Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 8 AM to 2 PM both days.

Important: Chateau Elan Is a Gated Community

Chateau Elan is a private, gated residential community, and guest access is handled carefully for the safety of our residents.

Outside guests must be preregistered by a resident for security access before arriving. Please arrange your entry with a participating resident ahead of time, and do not assume the security gate will admit visitors simply because a community yard sale is taking place.

Getting on the list early makes your visit smooth and keeps the event secure for everyone. If you are shopping with a resident neighbor, ask them to add you before sale day.

Smart Shopping Tips for Mega Sale Weekend

• Plan ahead and make a list. With 23 stops, a written list of the addresses and days you care about will save you time and gas.
• Bring a shopping buddy. A second pair of eyes helps you spot the hidden gems, and it makes the whole morning more fun.
• Bring cash. Some sellers accept Venmo, Zelle or Cash App, but payment options vary from home to home, so cash is the surest bet.
