When
Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24, 2026
Both days run through the afternoon, and sellers are asked to keep their spots set up until at least 4 PM. Friday is the classic opening morning; Saturday is the day for second-day deals as sellers wrap up.
Where
Neighborhood streets around Château Élan in Braselton, Georgia. Sales pop up driveway to driveway across the community, so the best route is a loop past as many homes as you can.

Arrive early for the best finds
The first shoppers of the morning get first pick. Friday opens the weekend, and the earliest streets see the freshest tables.
Bring cash plus a card
Cash is still king at a yard sale, but plenty of sellers take cards. A little of both means you never have to walk away from a deal.
Pack reusable bags or a wagon
Treasures add up fast across a whole neighborhood. A bag per street and a wagon for the big finds keep your hands free for browsing.
Haggle politely
Half the fun of a yard sale is the deal. A friendly offer, a fair price, and both sides walk away happy.
Check back the second day
Saturday brings second-day deals as sellers clear out the leftovers. The same table can look very different on day two.

Neighbors across the community are pulling together their best items for the big weekend. Expect a little of everything, and a few surprises along the way.
Collectibles, designer finds, furniture, seasonal décor, books, kitchenware, and the occasional treasure nobody could have predicted. If you can carry it home, it might be out there.
