A takeout and delivery-focused Buffalo Wild Wings concept opened in Braselton, offering the chain's full menu of wings, tenders, and sauces in a convenient pickup format for Braselton and Chateau Elan residents.
First Watch Braselton Village
First Watch opened its Braselton Village location in June 2026, a 4,500-square-foot breakfast and brunch restaurant seating 180+ guests at1123 Braselton Village Pkwy. Daily hours are 7 a.m. through 2:30 p.m.
Miller's Ale House
Miller's Ale House continues to list its Braselton location as coming soon after plans were conditionally approved by the Braselton Town Council in August 2025. Watch for an opening date announcement.
Highway 211 Widening
The Georgia DOT Phase 1 widening of SR 211 from I-85 to Pinot Noir Drive has reached substantial completion, expanding the road from two to four lanes, and construction on the next phase extending the corridor north toward Friendship Road has gotten underway with new roundabouts at the I-85 interchange and Braselton Parkway. The project improves access to Braselton Village and surrounding neighborhoods.
Hwy 124/60 Roundabout
A new roundabout under construction at the intersection of Hwy 124 and Hwy 60 in West Jackson is projected to finish this September, improving traffic flow for commuters traveling between Braselton and surrounding areas.
Braselton Farmers Market
The Braselton Farmers Market continues Friday afternoons from 4 to ️7 PM at the Town Green through September ️25, with fall dates scheduled for October 16 and November 6. Fresh produce, baked treats,and artisan vendors make it a beloved weekly tradition.
NGMC Braselton Expands & Wins Recognition
Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton,the lone hospital to win a recent multi-state award recognition,is completing the final phase of its expansion during2026,with an expanded emergency department,additional parking,and a new helipad.
