The Château Élan Neighborhood Mega Yard Sale is back this fall, and your driveway is the best spot on the map. Register your home, get your address listed, and welcome shoppers from all over Braselton into your corner of the community for October 23-24, 2026.

Participating is simple. Neighbors who want to sell call or email Lisa Harris with their address and the items they plan to sell. Their address is added to the official event map on the Mega Yard Sale page, so shoppers can find them on both days.
Registered homes go on the map. Shoppers plan their route around the address list, so the homes that register are the ones that get the busiest traffic all weekend long. Call Lisa at 404-307-9898 or email LHarris@remax.net to be part of it.

What to Bring
- Tables and a canopy, a pop-up canopy keeps your goods shaded and shoppers comfortable
- Price tags and a marker, or tags you can stick and go
- Cash for change, plus a card reader so you never miss a sale
- Reusable bags to hand shoppers for their finds
- Water and a snack for yourself, you are on your feet all day
House Rules
- Label your prices so shoppers can browse without asking
- Keep the driveway and sidewalk clear and easy to walk through
- No early teardown before 4 PM, both days
- Clean your spot before you leave, leave it better than you found it
- Pets on leash, four-legged neighbors stay close while the shoppers pass
