On Friday, September 18, Executive Chef John Beriker and Executive Winemaker Simone Bergese invite guests to an exclusive multi-course dinner set within the heart of Chateau Elan's winemaking operation. Inspired by the flavors of the French harvest, the evening's menu presents an elegant progression of thoughtfully composed courses, showcasing seasonal ingredients through classic French technique and Chateau Elan's distinctive culinary perspective.
