House-cured Certified Angus Beef brisket pastrami, tender, smoky, and perfectly seasoned
Baby Swiss, creamy and melted to perfection
Carolina Gold BBQ sauce, tangy, sweet, and a perfect complement to the pastrami
Toasted marble rye, the ideal vessel for all that flavor

Absolutely packed with flavor! The patio is a great spot to enjoy lunch, the staff was super friendly, and yes, we cleaned our plates.

Whistle Q is exactly the kind of local gem I love to discover. A neighborhood barbecue spot in downtown Flowery Branch with a patio, a friendly staff, and a sandwich that rivals anything in Atlanta. The Brisket Pastrami Special is something special, house-cured Certified Angus Beef, tangy Carolina Gold, and melted Baby Swiss on toasted marble rye. It is a combination that works on every level.
