More Sellers Are Taking Their Homes Off the Market
One trend we're seeing is an increase in homeowners withdrawing their listings rather than selling. In fact, approximately 11-12% of listings in our area are being withdrawn.
That tells me many sellers aren't getting the guidance, pricing strategy, marketing, or negotiation they need to succeed in today's market. If you know someone whose home didn't sell, I'd love the opportunity to provide a second opinion. Sometimes a few strategic changes can make all the difference.

Moving Soon? Don't Forget These Tips!
Whether you're moving across town or across the country, a little planning goes a long way.
A few of my favorite moving tips: Pack an "Open First" box with chargers, medications, coffee, toiletries, towels, and a few days of clothes. Photograph electronics before disconnecting cables. Label boxes by room and include a few key contents. Transfer utilities at least one week before closing. Change your locks and garage door codes after moving in. Take photos of valuable items before movers arrive. Small details like these can make moving day much less stressful!
