Oakmere, a new gated John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods community, is planned alongside the Woodlands Golf Course at Chateau Elan.

Here’s what we know so far:

• 100 new construction lots, including 17 basement lots
• Select homesites with golf course views near Woodlands holes 8, 11 and 12
• Floor plans ranging from approximately 2,200 to 4,100+ square feet, with one- and two-story options
• Private pool and cabana
• Optional Chateau Elan Sports Club membership
• Gated access from the Duncan Creek Road area
• Current marketing indicates pricing will start in the low $609s
• Model home construction is expected to begin soon, according to a Pulte/John Wieland sales representative

Current plans include the Ashby, Foxwood, Monroe, Newlyn, Norwood, Oakhurst and Roseland.
