The Woodlands Course

Golf club membership is mandatory for homeowners in The Legends section. This ensures all Legends residents have access to the full course roster and club amenities, and it maintains the exclusivity and quality of the golf experience in this premier neighborhood.

Other Sections

Homeowners in other Chateau Elan neighborhoods have the option, but not the requirement, to join the golf club. This flexibility allows residents to enjoy the community amenities included in their HOA while choosing whether to invest in golf membership.

Public/Resort Access

The resort course is open to the public and resort guests, creating a semi-private dynamic that keeps the club financially strong while maintaining a premium experience for members. Tee time priority goes to club members.

Set along the banks of the Apalachee River, this 18-hole, par-71 layout designed by Bill Bergin and Steve Melnyk winds through heavily wooded, rolling terrain with narrow Bermuda grass fairways, significant elevation changes, and Champion Bermuda greens. A full-sized driving range with target areas was expanded in 2021. The surrounding Apalachee Farms community offers a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and fitness facilities.
